Amidst the vibrant atmosphere of creativity and collaboration, a transformative workshop unfolded today, the 17th of February at Social Innovators Bulgaria, leaving a trail of inspiration and profound insights. Hosted by the National School of Management as part of the AZTUES acceleration program, powered by the AIM – Inclusive Mentorship Programs, this event focused on design thinking and persona development, igniting the entrepreneurial spirit within 18-21 young individuals.
The day-long workshop proved to be a catalyst for innovation as mentors and aspiring entrepreneurs converged to explore the core of their startup ventures. Through engaging discussions and hands-on activities, participants embarked on a journey to unravel the personas behind their products, gaining invaluable insights into their target audiences along the way.
Working through a variety of activities described in the AIM manual, the teams went from deciphering the unique needs of potential customers to mapping out intricate user journeys and identifying key pain points, the workshop fostered a fertile ground for idea refinement and strategic planning. The dedication and passion displayed by each participant were nothing short of inspiring as they labored tirelessly to breathe life into their visions.
The Mentors from NMS, integral to the process, stood as beacons of guidance and support, nurturing the budding innovators at every juncture. Their commitment to the participants’ success transcended the confines of the workshop, extending into the coming months as they continue to mentor and assist in the development of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).
As the workshop draws to a close, the journey of innovation and mentoring continues. Stay tuned for future updates and opportunities to join us in this exhilarating pursuit of creativity and positive transformation.
